What is Anxiety?

Its a natural response when our brain THINKS we are unsafe. It began when we WERE unsafe however our brain doesn’t we are no longer facing REAL threat.

  • Do you ever feel nauseous thinking about talking to new people?

  • Can’t sleep because you are worrying about tomorrow?

  • Trying to think of every possible outcome before doing something?

  • Feel like others are waiting for you to make a mistake?

  • Notice your heart beats fast, your body shaking or feeling physically tense?

  • Struggle going out the house or panicking in case someone judges you?
