Accessing Therapy

I know sometimes, accessing therapy can feel daunting and maybe overwhelming?

Let’s talk about the 3 steps we will take together to allow this process to feel clear.

Step 1: Get in touch.

A this point I don’t need a lot of information, you are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. Sometimes clients tell me it is easier to communicate what they are experiencing in writing, while others find saying it easier. Here I follow your lead and ask you only to share what you want about the reason for you coming to therapy.


Step 2: Book a consultation

This is a 15-minute phone or video call for us to explore together if we would like to work together. Here is a great place to ask any questions you have about how I work and how I may be able to support you. Here you are welcome to book in straightaway (some people like to bite the bullet) or you can take some time to think about what we’ve discussed.


Step 3: Book the first session

In our first session, we will spend some time exploring more of what was in our consultation. We might make a rough plan for what we’d like to keep exploring or we might take it session by session. Either way, it’ll all be done at your pace.
